Mindfulness

While Mindfulness may seem new and catchy, the application of awareness or attention is neither new nor abstract. You have to have some degree of mindfulness in order to be reading this which means that it is a faculty we already possess. Like muscle though, it withers and loses functionality without exercise and just as with muscle, building it up will require time and patience. Finding the right key to unlock the experience of mindfulness for each individual is equatable to being able to target the right muscle and then it becomes a matter of consistency before the benefits are felt.

Different techniques will be applied throughout the sessions for this very reason, to find the right pathway for each person towards strengthening our capacity to sustain mindful attention. Private sessions can be very useful in this regard so as to immediately personalise the approach for each individual, taking you from mind-full to mindful in a shorter duration.

Please get in touch to find out more about the practice and how it can work for you. Contact details can be found at the bottom of the page.
